Scope
Transform industrial and warehouse spaces into office suites, a retreat facility and retail center. Remodel mundane office spaces and create unique multi-tenant suites filled with natural light.

Revitalize the exterior with a dramatic color palette. Enhance utilization of the outdoor spaces by adding a courtyard and fountain, retractable awnings, exterior lighting and site furnishings.
