Scope

The program for the Lincoln Corridor project involved input from the surrounding residential and commercial neighbors. The goal of the project team was to bring vitality to Northwest Pasadena. Restoring a neighborhood landmark and saving mature palms lining the Lincoln street front was a prerequisite. Bringing retail and food establishments into the neighborhood was the primary goal. Offices were added to the site to help support the retail businesses and provide a balance for a mixed use neighborhood.

“Anne Garbarine, in concert with her Associates, redesigned and improved the front elevation that had been proposed. I recommend the firm without hesitation.”
